Brazos Bend State Park

Brazos Bend State Park is made up of three main ecosystems: forests, prairies, and wetlands. With such a diverse array of ecosystems, many creatures can be found here. This was the first place where I photographed great horned owls in the wild. Even after many visits to this park, I am still infatuated with the enchanting wildlife that call this place home. All pictures below were taken at Brazos Bend State Park, located an hour from downtown Houston.
