Over the years, I’ve explored many beautiful places around the world. I’ve traveled throughout the United States and have visited over a dozen countries, spanning 4 different continents. My name is Sara Turbyfill and I’m a traveling photographer. This page features my travel photography portfolio. For tips on photography spots or to see where I’ve traveled lately, check out my blog.
Travel Photography Portfolio
Although wildlife photography is my passion, I also enjoy travel photography. Throughout the years, I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to explore numerous places around the world, from Lower Antelope Canyon in Arizona to Mount Aconcagua in Argentina.
The images above make up my travel photography portfolio. I’ve included images that I took while traveling abroad and within the United States. Most of my travel pictures feature photographs of nature or city landscape photography. Taking the Road Less Traveled
Before the COVID-19 Pandemic, I spent a lot of my time traveling overseas and crossed 14 countries off my bucket list. So far, I’ve visited Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belize, Chile, Costa Rica, the Czech Republic, England, France, Germany, Honduras, Italy, Mexico, and Switzerland. This portfolio features several travel photos that I’ve taken during these trips. I hope to add to this list in the future, but for now, I’ll focus on traveling within the U.S.
I like taking the road less traveled and visiting places off the beaten path. While traveling within the United States, I prefer to take my teardrop camper instead of flying. This gives me the opportunity as a travel photographer to take pictures of places I would have missed if I had flown. After moving to Colorado, I’ve enjoyed spending most of my free time exploring the state. In addition to Colorado, I’ve recently visited Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, and parts of Texas that I had never been to before.
